Job summary

Aerotek is seeking a hands-on Machine Set-Up / Tear Down Operator to work with large plastic forming equipment in a contract-to-hire role based in Macedonia, OH. You will perform machine set-ups, changeovers, production runs, and quality checks.

The position requires reading schematics, using hand and power tools, and lifting up to 50 lbs. Competitive pay is $22.00–$23.00 per hour with benefits and opportunities to learn multiple machines.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of machine set-up/tear-down or related machine operating experience.
• Experience with hand and power tools.
• Ability to read blueprints and tape measures; perform basic shop math.
• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Plastic forming, thermoforming, rotational molding, injection molding, or CNC experience is a plus.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of MACEDONIA, OH.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $23.00/hr.
