Aerotek is hiring a General Production Worker / Machine Operator in MACEDONIA, OH. The role involves operating and setting up production equipment, inspecting parts, and supporting various production duties on the first shift. It is a contract-to-hire position with room for long-term growth.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, first shift. Work is onsite in a clean, large plastics manufacturing facility with opportunities to learn multiple machines and processes.

Formación

• Previous manufacturing experience.
• Machine operating experience preferred.
• Ability to read a tape measure.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and shop math skills.
• Comfortable using basic hand tools.
• Ability to follow work instructions and quality procedures.
• Willingness to learn different types of production equipment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsabilidades

• Operate CNC, thermoforming, and rotational molding machines.
• Load plastic sheets and materials into production equipment.
• Set up machines according to work orders and production requirements.
• Perform machine changeovers, tear downs, and tooling setups.
• Monitor machines and finished parts for quality.
• Use a tape measure and basic shop math.
• Troubleshoot basic production and machine issues.
• Lift and handle materials up to approximately 40 lbs.
• Assist other production or shipping departments as needed.

Job Description

We are hiring a General Production Worker / Machine Operator for a custom plastics manufacturing facility. This position involves operating and setting up production equipment, completing machine changeovers, inspecting parts, and assisting with other production duties as needed.

This is a first-shift, contract-to-hire opportunity with room for long-term growth.

Schedule

• MondayFriday

Responsibilities:

• Operate CNC, thermoforming, and rotational molding machines
• Load plastic sheets and materials into production equipment
• Set up machines according to work orders and production requirements
• Perform machine changeovers, tear downs, and tooling setups
• Monitor machines and finished parts for quality
• Use hand tools during machine setups and changeovers
• Read work orders and follow production schedules
• Use a tape measure and basic shop math
• Troubleshoot basic production and machine issues
• Assist with basic preventive maintenance
• Lift and handle materials up to approximately 40 lbs.
• Assist other production or shipping departments as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous manufacturing experience

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
