Job summary

The Bernard Group, Inc. is a 1,000-person visual merchandising company and 100% employee-owned company located in Chanhassen, MN. We are seeking a Production Manager to lead the Machine Room, mentor Supervisors and operators, and ensure production meets quality and schedule goals.

You will drive efficiency, manage costs, and implement training and safety programs while upholding our values and client expectations. This on-site role offers growth within a collaborative, values-driven team.

Responsibilities

• Motivate, mentor, coach and train employees for development and engagement.
• Set high performance expectations and provide feedback.
• Direct department workflow with Production Supervisors.
• Support safe environment and zero OSHA incidents.
• Audit quality processes for accuracy and consistency.
• Ensure assembly integrity and high quality standards.
• Maintain materials to meet production needs.
• Communicate openly with the production floor.
• Drive continuous improvement and training initiatives.
• Handle ADP and EPACE functions as needed.
