Aerotek in Hebron, OH is hiring Machine Operators on all shifts for a permanent role. You will operate and monitor extrusion and film manufacturing equipment that produces plastic bags and film for postal, waste, and medical applications, with a focus on safety and efficiency.

Working 12-hour shifts (6pm-6am) on a rotating schedule, you may have 2 days on day shift and 2 days on night shift, followed by 4 days off.

Qualificações

• Previous machine operation experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in basic machine troubleshooting or strong mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to perform general labor and material handling tasks as needed.
• Ability to accurately use tape measure.

Hiring Machine Operators on All Shifts!! Direct Placement, $21+/hr

Starting pay: $21/hour+

Job Description

This role operates and monitors manufacturing equipment that produces plastic bags and film used in postal, waste, and medical applications. You will run machines that make plastic film and specialized medical bags, support production efficiency, and help maintain a safe, clean, and organized manufacturing environment.

Shift

6pm-6am

MUST BE OKAY with a rotating schedule. This will work 12 hours shifts 2 days on day shift and 2 days on night shift, 4 days off.

Responsibilities

• Operate extrusion and film manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently.
• Run assigned machines according to production schedules and quality standards.
• Monitor machine performance and product output, identifying basic issues or irregularities.
• Perform basic troubleshooting on machines, including safely shutting equipment off when needed.
• Follow training to operate a forklift safely for material movement within the facility.

Essential Skills

• Previous machine operation experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in basic machine troubleshooting or strong mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to perform general labor and material handling tasks as needed.
• Ability to accurately use tape measure.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Exposure to extrusion, injection mold, or blow molding equipment is a plus.
• Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in a production environment.
• Experience with troubleshooting production equipment or mechanical systems.
• Experience with quality checks and adherence to production standards.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $39520.00 - $47840.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

$1-3 pay bump after 90 days, eligible for cheap benefits w/ full coverage, great work environment & annual profit sharing bonus! All of the work outside of chemical operation is not physical at all! $1 pay bump once perm!
