Job summary

Alliance Industrial Solutions is hiring a Machine Operator for plastic extrusion in Aurora, OH. This full-time role starts ASAP and offers 12-hour day or overnight shifts on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule.

You will operate and monitor extrusion machinery, inspect products, use calipers and micrometers, and document production and quality data. The position emphasizes mechanical aptitude, detail, and ability to follow detailed work instructions.

Qualifications

• One to three years of manufacturing, machine operation, production, or mechanical experience preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Ability to follow detailed work instructions.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 55 pounds.
• Caliper or micrometer experience is a plus.
• Forklift experience is a plus.

Responsibilities
