Job summary

Alliance Industrial Solutions in Aurora, Ohio is seeking a Machine Operator for plastic extrusion to operate and monitor extrusion machinery, inspect products, and document production data.

We offer day and night shifts on a 2-2-3 schedule, temp-to-hire with long-term potential, overtime opportunities, and benefits available upon hire. Qualifications include 1–3 years of manufacturing or machine operation experience, ability to stand all shift, and high school diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred.
• Ability to read and follow detailed work instructions.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 55 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor plastic extrusion machinery.
• Monitor production processes and material flow.
• Inspect finished products for quality.
• Use calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools.
• Make basic machine adjustments and perform routine maintenance.
• Complete production and quality documentation and maintain a clean, safe area.
