Ultimate Staffing is seeking a hands-on Machine Operator for a well-known manufacturer in Bow, NH. The role involves setting up and operating roll-forming machinery, ensuring quality, and supporting a team-oriented environment.

Pay ranges from $20 to $28 per hour, DOE, with 1st and 2nd shift options. This is a full-time opportunity with health benefits, 401(k), and other perks. Candidates must pass a pre-employment physical and have prior manufacturing experience.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Stand, walk, and pivot throughout the shift.
• Comfortable on concrete floors and in varying temperatures.
• Prior manufacturing experience preferred.
• Pre-employment physical required.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate roll-forming and related machinery.
• Perform tooling changeovers and maintain setup charts.
• Adjust equipment to meet dimensional and quality standards.
• Complete routine maintenance and record service performed.
• Assist in training team members on basic machine operations.
• Use band saws, drills, grinders, gauges, and material-handling tools.
• Tag coils accurately for inventory tracking.
• Inspect finished goods for quality, width, and length.
• Follow all safety procedures while operating equipment.

Location: Bow, NH

Schedule: 1st Shift: 6:00AM-2:30PM, Mon-Fri | 2nd Shift: 2:30PM-1:00AM, Mon-Thurs, Friday OFF!

Pay: $20-$28/hr DOE
