Location: Bow, NH

Schedule: 1st and 2nd Shift Available

6:00 AM-2:30 PM, Mon-Fri. or 2:30p-1am, Mon-Thurs

Pay: $20-28/hr DOE

Type: Direct Hire

Responsibilities:

Set up and operate roll forming machines and other machines to produce metal framing to specification
Maintain setup charts and perform tooling changeovers
Adjust equipment to ensure dimensional tolerances and product quality
Conduct routine maintenance and log all service performed
Train team members in basic roll form operations
Use band saws, drills, grinders, gauges, and material handling devices
Fill out coil tags accurately to support inventory tracking
Inspect finished goods for quality, width, and length
Operate all equipment under strict safety protocols

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
Stand for extended periods with frequent walking and pivoting
Work on hard concrete surfaces in varying temperatures
Previous Manufacturing experience preferred
