Job summary

Aventure Staffing is seeking experienced Machine Operators for second and third shifts in Sibley, IA. Candidates should have 1–2 years of machine operating experience in manufacturing and a strong attention to detail.

Starting pay is $19/hr with a $0.75/hr shift differential and a $3,000 sign-on bonus. Spanish-speaking applicants are welcome. Ability to lift and stand for long periods is required, along with good attendance and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor manufacturing machinery and equipment
• Set up, load, and operate machines according to work instructions
• Monitor production and inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
• Make adjustments to machines as needed to maintain proper production and quality
• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of machines and work areas
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Complete production records and required documentation
• Communicate with supervisors and team members regarding production or quality concerns
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor
