Job summary

Aventure Staffing is seeking experienced Machine Operators for second and third shifts in Sibley, IA. Candidates should have 1–2 years of machine operating experience in manufacturing and a strong attention to detail.

Starting pay is $19/hr with a $0.75/hr shift differential and a $3,000 sign-on bonus. Spanish-speaking applicants are welcome. Ability to lift and stand for long periods is required, along with good attendance and reliability.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED preferred.
1–2 years of machine operating experience in a manufacturing environment.
Manufacturing experience required.

Responsibilities

Operate and monitor manufacturing machinery and equipment
Set up, load, and operate machines according to work instructions
Monitor production and inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
Make adjustments to machines as needed to maintain proper production and quality
Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of machines and work areas
Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Complete production records and required documentation
Communicate with supervisors and team members regarding production or quality concerns
Other duties as assigned by supervisor
