Job summary

Kelly is hiring Machine Operators to join a global water technology company in Minnetonka, MN. You will set up, operate, and clean membrane production and coating equipment, and assist with material handling and packaging.

Training occurs on 1st shift, with ongoing opportunities to develop technical and manufacturing skills. You may work 2nd shift with pay of $24.50/hr and must follow safety protocols and PPE requirements.

Qualifications

• At least 12 months of Machine Operator, Maintenance Technician, or similar technical experience required
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable standing, moving, and bending throughout the shift
• Willing and able to work with chemicals while using proper PPE, depending on assignment
• Ability to wear required PPE, including safety glasses, gloves, ear protection, and safety shoes
• Reliable and safety-focused with strong attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Pull thin plastic membrane material from production equipment
• Prepare and package finished membrane products
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and identify causes of malfunctions
• Make adjustments to help minimize scrap and maintain production

Shift & Pay

• 1st Shift: 5:45 AM – 2:15 PM | $23.00/hr
• 2nd Shift: 1:45 PM – 10:15 PM | $24.50/hr
• Training will take place on 1st shift

What You'll Do
