Job summary

Westaff is hiring a Machine Operator in Lincoln, NH to operate presses, lathes, and winding machines, while meeting safety and quality standards. A sign-on bonus of $1,000 is offered after 90 days based on attendance and performance.

Shifts include 1st (Mon-Fri 7:00 AM–3:30 PM), 3rd (Mon-Sat 11:00 PM–7:00 AM), and 5th (Fri-Sun 6:00 PM–6:00 AM). Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), online training, and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Machine operation experience preferred.
• Ability to read tape measures and measuring devices.
• Basic math and reading skills required.
• Ability to use hand tools and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Operate presses, lathes, crimping and braid winding machines.
• Read blueprints and work instructions; perform quality inspections.
• Record production data and make minor machine adjustments; monitor inventory.
• Report defects or safety concerns.

Responsibilities include operating presses, lathes, crimping and braid winding machines, reading blueprints and work instructions, performing quality inspections, recording production data, making minor machine adjustments, monitoring inventory, and reporting defects or safety concerns.

Qualifications:

• Machine operating experience preferred
• Ability to read tape measures and measuring devices
• Basic math and reading skills
• Ability to use hand tools and follow instructions
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. and perform repetitive tasks
• Must be able to work independently or as part of a team
