Job summary

Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is seeking a Machine Operator for a local coffee and tea manufacturer in Lenoir City, TN. You will set up, operate, clean, and troubleshoot production machinery to meet product specs.

Work closely with supervisors to document quality checks and changes on the line. The role requires 1–3 years of production experience, adherence to safety protocols and FDA regulations, and willingness to work overtime, including Fridays.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of production experience, ideally in the food/beverage industry.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing setting and follow safety protocols and FDA regulations.
• Availability to work overtime as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, clean, and troubleshoot production machinery.
• Ensures equipment runs efficiently and meets product specifications while maintaining safety, quality, and productivity standards.
• Perform minor repairs and ensure machinery meets product specs (e.g., settings, seals, oxygen levels).
• Conduct quality checks and document results accurately.
• Complete changeovers, including sanitation and reassembly.
• Communicate equipment or personnel issues to supervisors.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Machine Operator Responsibilities:
