• Monitor production closely and make adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency.
• Perform regular quality checks to ensure products meet required specifications.
• Troubleshoot minor machine issues to minimize downtime.
• Maintain accurate production records including product counts and machine settings.
• Keep a steady production and packaging flow to avoid buildup at workstations.
• Follow all safety guidelines to maintain a clean and safe work environment.

We are hiring for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift Machine Operators / Extrusion Operators at a growing, family-owned manufacturing company in Deforest. Pay: $20-22/hr

Shift Options:

• 1st Shift: 6:00am - 2:00pm
• 2nd Shift: 2:00pm - 10:00pm
• 3rd Shift: 10:00pm - 6:00am

What You’ll Be Doing:
