Job description

The AssociateB performssimple assembly tasks. The roleassistsvarious machine operators, may be assigned a variety of manual labor tasks in the production of finished goods, andmay be assigned sanitation duties. Duties may vary from day to day, withmore specificdirectionsprovided forassigned tasks. This roleoperatesunder moderate to close supervision.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Assistoperators in setting up and monitoring machine operations.
• Monitor product quality according to company standards.
• Assistwith keepingequipment and area clean and orderly.
• Responsible for arriving on time daily for shift, properly wearingpersonal protective equipmentin accordance with GMP/company standards, andbeing ready for shift startup.
• Communicate with others onlineto maintainand assure proper product flow.
• Comply withdirection and guidance provided by leadership to follow all company policies and procedures, including safety and other work rules.
• Support and promote all company policies, including maintainingcompany expectations for people and food safety.
