Job Description

We are looking for a Moulding Operator to join our team! You will be responsible for setting up and running the wood moulding (molding) machine. Responsibilities:

• Take tooling from the grinding room and set up the moulder from a sample or drawing provided.
• Be responsible for keeping the machine running quality wood mouldings.
• Troubleshooting quality issues as needed and making adjustments accordingly.
• Stack, count, and tag the mouldings.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year experience as a Moulder operator.
• Experience with CNC milling machines: 1 year.
• Experience in machine operation: 1 year.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.
• Strong understanding of machinery operation and maintenance.
• Ability to read calipers and tape measures, working with fractions, millimeters, and decimals.
