Job Details

Position: Machine Operator, 1st shift

Pay Range: $17.00/hr - $17.75/hr (based on experience)

Shift Hours: 8:00 am - 4:00 pm

Responsibilities
  1. Operate plastic molding/assembly machines and produce molded parts.
  2. Inspect products for defects, trim, sort, assemble, weigh, and package parts.
  3. Prepare boxes, verify labels, and operate grinders.
  4. Follow verbal and written instructions, maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  5. Report defective materials or equipment and ensure quality standards.
  6. Adhere to GMP, safety rules, and wear protective gear.
  7. Maintain positive work relationships and contribute to continuous improvement.
  8. Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • High School diploma or G.E.D. preferred.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English.
  • Basic math skills.
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform visual inspections.
