Felling Trailers in Sauk Centre, MN is hiring a Machine Operator to operate a variety of machines to fabricate metal parts to specifications in a timely fashion. The role includes reviewing job tickets, reading blueprints, loading materials, and monitoring operations.

Responsibilities include checking parts for quality, performing adjustments, maintenance on machines, and maintaining a clean, safe work area. The position offers an hourly rate with a $2,500 signing bonus.

Responsibilities

• Reviews Job Shop Tickets and prioritizes work to maximize productivity.
• Reads blueprints as needed.
• Obtains raw materials from warehouse as needed.
• Loads machines and monitors operation.
• Checks parts to assure adherence to quality standards and makes any necessary adjustments.
• Offloads and stages parts in appropriate area.
• Conducts maintenance on machines as needed, i.e. changes blades, tops off fluids, etc.
• Adheres to quality standards at all times.
• Adheres to safety standards at all times.
• Maintains work area in a clean, safe, orderly fashion.
• Improves self in any way possible to enhance job performance.
• Promotes Felling Trailers, Inc., its mission, values, programs and achievements to the public and other employees.
• Identifies organizational problems and opportunities for improvement and brings solutions and suggestions to management’s attention.
• Functions as a team member by assisting, supporting and encouraging other employees in any way possible
• Performs related work as required, willingly and eagerly.
