Job summary

The role focuses on creating and releasing work orders, reviewing capacity, and coordinating with the Scheduling Supervisor to meet production demand. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create and release work orders and review capacity and priorities.
• Adjust work orders per customer requirements and MRP demand.
• Follow-up inquiries and adjust work orders to meet production demand.
• Filing, sorting, and printing of production documents.
• Greeting visitors, vendors, and walk-in patrons.
• Answering phones and taking applications.
• Data entry for release and completion of work orders related to production of trailers.

Supervision Received: Operations Supervisor - Litchfield

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Create and release of work orders and review of available capacity and priorities.
• Make adjustments in response to customer requirements and MRP demand per Scheduling Supervisor

WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

• 3 – 5 years of experience in the manufacturing industry as an Administrative Assistant or Assist in Production Scheduling.
• Understanding of ERP systems.
• Basic working knowledge of MS Office programs: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.
• Interpersonal skills to interface with the Supply Chain, Customer Service and Operations personnel.
• Ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously taking initiative and operating with general supervision in a fast-paced environment.

High degree of problem-solving skills, ability to function effectively and independently, while serving as a member of a cross-functional team environment.
