Job summary

Felling Trailers Inc. in Sauk Centre, MN is seeking an Assembly Technician to read blueprints and assemble trailers per specifications. You will install decking, bolt-on accessories, and basic electrical components while ensuring quality and safety standards are met.

This on-site role offers an hourly wage and a $2,500 signing bonus. The position emphasizes adherence to safety and quality, working as part of a team to meet production goals and company standards in a dynamic manufacturing

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and job packets to assemble trailers and components correctly.
• Assemble parts to customer specifications and tolerances.
• Install decking and bolt-on accessories on trailers (cut decking as needed).
• Install basic electrical components on trailers.

Salary Range: $18.50 - $24.00 Hourly$2500 Hiring Bonus!

Essential Specific Job Duties

1. Reads and interprets blueprints, shop drawings, checklists and job packet information in order to assemble trailers and/or components correctly.
2. Assembles parts/units to customer specifications and tolerances.
3. Installs decking and all bolt on accessories on trailers (cuts decking as needed).
4. Installs basic electrical components on trailers.
5. Reviews trailer checklist to assure all tasks are completed before moving trailer onto final inspection.
6. Adheres to quality standards at all times.
7. Adheres to safety standards at all times.
