Job summary

Rehrig Pacific Company is seeking a dependable team member to operate our pallet sorting machine and assist with loading/unloading materials. The role requires safe operation in a fast-paced setting, with training provided for forklift use and a focus on teamwork and quality.

Candidates should be prepared to lift up to 70 lbs, maintain a clean workspace, and support production goals. A High School Diploma or GED is preferred, and on-the-job safety is emphasized throughout training and daily

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a large industrial pallet sorting machine to sort pallets by manufacturer, quality, and grade.
• Perform hands-on inspections and manual sorting as needed.
• May operate a forklift (training & certification provided) to load/unload trailers and move materials.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace through 'Clean as You Go' practices.
• Lift up to 70 lbs consistently and perform repetitive motions throughout your shift.
• Meet production and quality goals while working collaboratively with your team.
• Take on additional duties as assigned by site leadership.

• Safely operate a large industrial pallet sorting machine to sort pallets by manufacturer, quality, and grade.

• May operate a forklift (training & certification provided) to load/unload trailers and move materials.
