Job summary

Rehrig Pacific Company, Inc. is seeking a dependable pallet sorting operator to join a safety-conscious team. You will safely operate a large pallet sorting machine, sorting pallets by manufacturer, quality, and grade, and assist with forklift loading and unloading.

This role requires physical stamina and the ability to lift up to 70 lbs. On-site shifts Friday–Sunday, 5:00am–5:30pm, plus one weekday. Great benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, PTO, holidays, 401(k) & ESOP,

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a large industrial pallet sorting machine to sort pallets by manufacturer, quality, and grade.
• Perform hands-on inspections and manual sorting as needed.
• May operate a forklift to load/unload trailers and move materials (training provided).
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace through Clean as You Go practices.
• Lift up to 70 lbs and perform repetitive motions.
• Meet production and quality goals while collaborating with your team.
• Take on additional duties as assigned by site leadership.

What You’ll Do:

• Safely operate a large industrial pallet sorting machine to sort pallets by manufacturer, quality, and grade.

What You Bring:

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience preferred.
