This role requires at least 6 months of machine operator experience, excellent attendance, no active disciplinary write-ups, and the ability to work 1st/2nd shifts and weekends as needed.

Competenze

• At least 6 months experience as a Machine Operator.
• Good attendance (<=3 points).
• No active disciplinary write-ups.
• Able to operate across 1st and 2nd shifts.
• Available for weekend shifts.

Mansioni

• Onboard and train new operators on designated equipment.
• Cross-train existing operators on assigned equipment.
• Ensure trainers are designated for specific machines within their area.
