Job summary

Ontario Trillium Foundation in Texas is seeking reliable Machine Operators to join our production team. We have two trainee openings on a new second shift; paid training will teach you to operate our equipment safely, maintain quality, and support production goals.

No prior slitting/lamination experience required, but strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to learn are essential. After successful training, you may advance to a machine operator role with a $2/hour raise and move to the second

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Experience operating industrial machinery preferred but not required.
• Attention to quality and safety.
• Reliable attendance and ability to work on a team.
• English-Spanish bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production machinery safely and efficiently.
• Set up and adjust machines according to job specs.
• Monitor product quality and make adjustments as needed.
• Perform quality checks and complete production paperwork.
• Troubleshoot basic machine issues and report problems.
• Perform routine cleaning and equipment maintenance.
• Follow all safety, GMP, and SQF requirements.
• Meet production and quality goals.
• Support other production areas when needed.
