Overview

Thermoforming Operator - HIRING IMMEDIATELY - Franklin Park, IL

Do you have experience working in Extrusion, Thermoforming, or as a Plastic Machine Operator? We want you on our TEAM!

Available shift: 7PM to 7AM rotating schedule with every other weekend off

Compensation

• Starting from $21.32 to $26.93 per hour
• Eligible for annual & skill-based wage increases

Responsibilities

• Complete all training (procedures, equipment, safety)
• Perform basic equipment maintenance and cleaning
• Visual inspection of products for quality
• Work on other duties as needed
• Create shipping labels and wrap pallets
• Install and feed material into thermoforming equipment
• Adjust machine settings (heats, cycle time)
• Clear jams and ensure line operation

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience operating plastics processing equipment (thermoforms)
• Effective communication skills
• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read micrometers
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Good attendance record
