Dynacast, LLC, a Form Technologies Company, is a leading global manufacturer of small engineered precision components utilizing proprietary multi-slide die-casting technology and tooling techniques. We currently have openings for Die Cast Machine Operators on 2nd and 3rd shifts.

Pay: Starting at $16/hr. and up, based on experience. We offer a 10%-night shift premium for 2nd shift and a 15%-night shift premium for 3rd shift.

Hours:

2nd shift - 3:00-pm-11:30 pm

3rd shift - 11:00 pm-7:30 am

Summary of Position: Performs operation of casting/molding machines and related equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the die is running properly. Gather first off pieces following set up and deliver to quality for inspection.
  • Responsible for observing and checking assigned casting/molding machine operations.
  • Responsible for observing quality of products for excessive flash, surface finish of casting and other obvious or specifically cautioned defects.
  • Help other operators as needed.
  • Perform other duties that may be assigned by the department supervisor or manager.

Education/Experience:

High school diploma/general education degree (GED); Three to six months related experience or training . Proven experience as a machine operator. Experience in injection molding . Ability to perform general maintenance tasks.
