Job summary

Dart Container is seeking skilled Machine Operators to join the Federalsburg, MD facility on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule with 12-hour shifts. You will set up and run paper production machinery, troubleshoot issues, and maintain production logs, using SAP for workflows.

Qualifications

• 2+ years operating manufacturing equipment or equivalent technical training.

• Powered industrial truck experience preferred.

Machine Operator - Multiple Levels & Shifts Available

We are seeking highly motivated Machine Operators to join the team at Dart's Center of Excellence in Federalsburg, MD. In this role, you’ll operate our paper production machinery safely and efficiently while maintaining our high-quality standards. Schedule: Work a rotating 2-2-3 schedule with 12-hour shifts, giving you every other weekend off. Available shifts:

• 7:00 pm - 7:00 am (includes $2/hour shift premium)

What you’ll do:

What you’ll need:

• Level II: 2+ years of experience operating manufacturing and process control equipment or equivalent technical school or apprentice experience
• Level III: 3+ years of experience with advanced knowledge of machines and material processes
• Previous plant production software experience required; SAP experience preferred
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot problems including knowledge of machines and tools, their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance
• Previous powered industrial truck experience, preferred
