Job summary

Dart Container is seeking a Machine Operator with multiple levels based on experience in Ada, OK. The role offers $21/hour base plus a $2/hour shift premium for overnight shifts.

You will support high-speed equipment, log production data, and help move materials from raw inputs to finished goods in a fast-paced environment. We value attendance, safety, and willingness to participate in training with pathways for pay increases and advancement.

Qualifications

• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot basic problems including knowledge of machines and tools, their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance
• Math skills to include simple addition, subtraction, multiplication and division
• Demonstration of minimum proficiency with the English language in order to ensure effective new hire training and on-going communications about safety and quality issues

Responsibilities

• Assist with setting-up, starting, diagnosing, troubleshooting and properly shutting down process equipment
• Assist with process machinery from raw materials through downstream finished goods
• Maintain production logs and reports as required
• Perform production process in SAP as required

• 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM on a 2-2-3 schedule (Averaging 40 hours per week with every other weekend off!)
