Location: Urbana, OH

Primary Activities/Duties:

• Set-up, operate, and maintain machinery to produce parts efficiently and productively.
• Produce sheet metal products as scheduled by Production Control and Supervisor.
• Maintain equipment and tools in good working order with support from the Maintenance Department.
• Ensure product quality by following current ISO procedures and engineering tolerances as determined by Rittal.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

Knowledge & Experience:

• HS Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to use measurement tools and possess basic math skills.
• Previous brake press operation or CNC experience required.
• Prior machine operating experience required.

Physical, Mental, & Safety Requirements:

• Stand, walk, bend, twist, and reach frequently throughout the shift.
• Occasionally lift up to 40 pounds to waist level; frequently lift 25–50 pounds to waist level and up to 25 pounds above the shoulders.
• Work in a fast-paced environment, adapt easily to changing assignments, and multitask effectively.
• Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and managers.
• Demonstrate a willingness to learn and try new ideas.
• Wear safety-toed footwear, safety glasses with side shields, hearing protection, and other PPE as required.
• Follow all safety rules and emergency protocols.
