Job Description:

As a Machine Operator, you will take ownership of machinery and production goals, ensure food safety protocols, and collaborate with management and QC teams to maintain quality and safety standards.

Physical Demands:

Stand, walk, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, lift up to 50 pounds frequently, and occasionally over 75 pounds.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• Preferred: Machine operating experience, Food manufacturing or warehouse experience
• Knowledge of GMP, SSOP, HACCP, SQF, food safety, and packaging standards

Requirements:

• Pass criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen

Shift Hours:

1st Shift: 6 am to 2 pm, Monday to Friday

Compensation & Benefits:

$19.50/hr DOE plus shift differential, full benefits, free life insurance, paid holidays, vacation and sick time, employee discounts, bonus opportunities, and recognition programs.
