Job summary

ABB is seeking a Rubber Injection Molding Operator to fabricate rubber components and manage molding operations in a safety-conscious production environment.

You will operate molding machines, perform quality checks, and maintain accurate production records in a fast-paced setting. A High School diploma or GED is required, with prior manufacturing or quality control experience preferred. Ability to lift up to 40 lbs, read English instructions, and work overtime or weekends as needed.

• Requires ability to read, understand and follow written instructions in English.
• Maintains safety practices and uses protective equipment as required.
• Maintains clean, organized work area and adheres to Lean 5S principles.

Responsibilities

• Operate rubber injection molding machines to fabricate rubber components.
• Ensure quality operation and perform quality checks.
• Maintain production records and adhere to SOPs and change controls.
• Assist with shift handover and complete forms with accurate information.
• Meet predetermined efficiency, standards and productivity targets.
• Overtime and weekend shifts may be required.
