Job summary

LINK Staffing is hiring for a Machine Operator at a fastener manufacturing facility. This role supports a well-established metal fabrication operation with a focus on threading, stamping, and distribution.

You will operate a mechanical punch press, load raw materials, monitor performance, and inspect parts. Bilingual English/Spanish candidates are preferred; ability to lift 50 lbs and wear safety gear is required.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English & Spanish
• Must know how to use a measuring tape
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Overtime as needed
• Steel-toe boots, safety glasses and hearing protection required
• Heavy industrial/manufacturing experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Operate a mechanical punch press to manufacture metal parts
• Load raw materials into the machine and run production
• Monitor production, machine performance, and quality
• Perform visual quality inspections and verify dimensions with measuring tape
• Follow production schedules and safety procedures; maintain a clean work area
• Report equipment or quality issues to supervisors
• Work safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
