Job summary

Tremco CPG Inc. is seeking a Machine Operator in Ohio to start, troubleshoot, and run manufacturing equipment on the plant floor. Three levels (I-III) will be determined by experience and ability to independently solve machine issues for efficient cycles and minimal downtime.

The role emphasizes safety, quality, and teamwork as you perform routine inspections, follow standard work, and participate in continuous improvement efforts to support production goals.

Qualifications

• No formal educational required.
• Machine Operator I-III levels based on experience and ability to troubleshoot on the plant floor.
• Experience in a manufacturing setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain assigned machinery following safety rules.
• Meet or exceed production output within standard rates.
• Ensure product meets tolerances and quality standards.
• Maintain accurate paperwork and documentation.
• Cross-train on other production functions as needed.
• Assist with resolving safety, quality, and equipment issues.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives.
