Centro, Inc. in Claremont, CA is hiring a Machine Operator to join North America’s largest custom rotational molder. This full-time role offers stability, growth, and hands-on training on rotational molding equipment with 2nd and 3rd shifts.

You will set up molds, run machines, monitor quality, record production, and support a safety-first team. Starting pay ranges from $22.00 to $24.70 per hour, with benefits and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Experience operating industrial machinery in manufacturing.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions and procedures.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and experience with hand/power tools.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Operate rotational molding machines and related manufacturing equipment.
• Set up molds, perform mold changes, and safely load/unload molds throughout production.
• Monitor machine settings and production processes to ensure consistent product quality.
• Troubleshoot quality and process issues and make necessary adjustments to maintain production standards.
• Follow work instructions, PSRs, and quality procedures to meet customer specifications.
• Perform machine start‑up, shutdown, and routine production activities.
• Inspect molded products for defects and work with team members to resolve quality concerns.
• Complete production records and documentation accurately.
• Assist in training and supporting team members while promoting a positive team environment.
• Lead by example in safety, quality, communication, and teamwork.
