Job summary

Georgia-Pacific is seeking a Forklift Operator at our Broadway facility in Green Bay. You will work a rotating 12-hour shift (days, nights, weekends, holidays) with overtime opportunities. Starting pay is $22–$24 per hour, plus a $3.00/hour night-shift premium.

A comprehensive benefits package begins the month after start date. You will operate forklifts, use a warehouse management system, conduct simple maintenance, and uphold strict safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must be able to use a computer, tablet, or smartphone.
• Speak, read, and write English.
• Demonstrate safety awareness and comply with PPE requirements.

Responsibilities

• Operate mobile equipment including forklift with various attachments.
• Use WMS to manage daily tasks and jobs.
• Perform general housekeeping to maintain safe work areas.
• Conduct routine maintenance on forklifts.
• Follow safety rules and wear PPE.
• Attend scheduled shifts, including potential meetings and training.
• Perform tasks such as lifting and walking in a loud industrial environment.
