Job summary

Rockline Industries, Inc. is seeking a Line Operator for the 2nd shift in Sheboygan, WI. You will operate automatic packaging equipment for canister-style disinfectant wipes and complete production documentation in a clean, safety-conscious environment.

Responsibilities include basic troubleshooting, following GMP guidelines, and participating in start-up meetings. Strong English reading/writing is required, and basic computer skills are needed to document production.

Description:TheLine Operatorposition is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of automatic packaging, filling, cutting, labeling and sealing equipment that produce canister‑style disinfectant wipes. This role works in a team environment at a machine that helps produce the hard surface disinfectant product. This position works in a clean, consistent and safety‑conscious environment.

The Basics:

Position: - Coffee Filter - Line Operator

Location: - 1113 Maryland Avenue, Sheboygan, WI

Shift: - 2nd -Shift; Monday - Thursday, 2:00PM - 12:00AM

Pay: -Starting rate:$22.00 per hour

- Make up to $27.40 per hour through additional training!

- Includes an additional $1.00 per hour shift premium!

- FLSA Status: Non-Exempt.

What You’ll Do:

Work in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

Accurately complete required production documentation.

Perform basic troubleshooting on equipment and processes as needed.

Follow PPE & GMP guidelines to maintain a safe and sanitary environment.

Attend start-up/tailgate meetings for team & company communications.

• Basic computer skills are required.
• Must have the ability to read, write, and communicate in English.

Ability to stand for long periods, bend, reach, grab and twist.

Physical examination and pre‑employment drug screen will be required upon conditional job offer.

Bonus points if you have (Preferred):

Previous experience with machines, heavily‑automated environments, or previous general production.

Troubleshooting & problem‑solving skills.

Previous manufacturing experience preferred.
