Job summary

Rockline Industries is seeking a Machine Operator to run automated packaging lines for canister-style disinfectant wipes. You will work in a team environment on a clean, safety-conscious floor, performing setup, operation and documentation tasks.

The role requires basic computer skills and the ability to read, write, and communicate in English, with physical stamina for long standing periods and routine bending and twisting. Training offers wage growth and shift premium opportunities.

Description:

The Machine Operator position is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of automatic packaging, cutting, shrinking and labeling equipment that co-pack canister-style disinfectant wipes. This role works in a team environment at a machine that helps package the hard surface disinfectant product. This position works in a clean, consistent and safety-conscious environment.

The Basics:

• - Machine Operator
• - 1113 Maryland Avenue, Sheboygan, WI
• - 3rd-Shift; Mon-Wed 5:30PM - 5:30AM & Thurs 5:30PM - 9:30PM
• - Starting rate: $23.00 per hour

- Make up to $29.25 per hour through additional training!

- Wage includes a $2.00 per hour shift premium!

- FLSA Status: Non-Exempt.

What You'll Do:

• Work in a fastpaced manufacturing environment.

• Product Security Sensitive As a product sourcing facility our customers require Rockline to possess security standards and procedures to guard against the introduction of unmanifested cargo, such as illegal drugs, explosives, weapons and people into outbound shipments. This position has contact or influence over these "outbound" shipments and is considered Product Security Sensitive.
• This position is designated as Safety-Sensitive (This position is one in which the associate's inability or impaired ability to perform their job-related tasks could result in a direct threat to the associate's safety or the safety of others.)

• Physical examination and pre-employment drug screen will be required upon conditional job offer.

Bonus points if you have (Preferred):

• Previous experience with machines, heavily-automated environments, or previous general production.
• Troubleshooting & problem-solving skills.
• Previous manufacturing experience preferred.
