Job summary

Rockline Industries in Sheboygan, WI is seeking a Machine Operator to safely operate automatic packaging, cutting, shrinking and labeling equipment for co-pack canister-style disinfectant wipes in a clean, safety-conscious environment.

This role is on the 3rd shift (Mon-Wed 5:30 PM–5:30 AM; Thu 5:30 PM–9:30 PM) at 1113 Maryland Avenue. Starting pay is $23.00 per hour with potential to reach $29.25 per hour with training, plus a $2.00 shift premium.

• Ability to stand for long periods, bend, reach, grab and twist.

Description: The Machine Operator position is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of automatic packaging, cutting, shrinking and labeling equipment that co-pack canister-style disinfectant wipes. This role works in a team environment at a machine that helps package the hard surface disinfectant product. This position works in a clean, consistent and safety-conscious environment.

The Basics:

Position: Machine Operator

Location: - 1113 Maryland Avenue, Sheboygan, WI

Shift: - 3rd-Shift; Mon-Wed 5:30PM - 5:30AM & Thurs 5:30PM - 9:30PM

Pay: - Starting rate: $23.00 per hour

• Make up to $29.25 per hour through additional training!
• Wage includes a $2.00 per hour shift premium!
• FLSA Status: Non-Exempt.

What You’ll Do

• Work in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
• Accurately complete required production documentation.
• Perform basic troubleshooting on equipment and processes as needed.
• Follow PPE & GMP guidelines to maintain a safe and sanitary environment.
• Attend start-up/tailgate meetings for team & company communications.
• Product Security Sensitive – As a product sourcing facility our customers require Rockline to possess security standards and procedures to guard against the introduction of unmanifested cargo, such as illegal drugs, explosives, weapons and people into outbound shipments. This position has contact or influence over these “outbound” shipments and is considered Product Security Sensitive.
• This position is designated as Safety-Sensitive (This position is one in which the associate’s inability or impaired ability to perform their job-related tasks could result in a direct threat to the associate’s safety or the safety of others.).

• Physical examination and pre-employment drug screen will be required upon conditional job offer.

• Previous experience with machines, heavily-automated environments, or previous general production.
• Troubleshooting & problem-solving skills.
• Previous manufacturing experience preferred.
