Lakeside Book Company is seeking a Machine Operator (Rolltender) in Owensville, MO. The role involves loading paper into a printing press, hanging aluminum plates, and collaborating with a press team to produce book signatures. Training is provided to support career advancement.

Compensation starts at $21/hour with a $1.25/hour night-shift premium, based on experience. The schedule features 12-hour shifts (3am–3pm or 3pm–3am) with alternating weeks and no more than half the days worked per year.

Qualifikationen

• Teamwork and physical stamina required for a high-volume printing environment.
• Ability to stand for extended shifts and lift 20–50 pounds.
• Previous press experience is preferred but not required.

Shift: 12 Hour Crew 3am-3pm or 3pm - 3am (36 hours one week and 48 hours the next) Only work ½ the days in a year!
