Machine Operator Roll Forming First Shift

Role and Responsibilities

• Operate heavy machinery including roll forming, press, milling, welding, cutting, routing, molding, extrusion, and related equipment.
• Manufacture sectional and rolling doors and components according to specifications, drawings, BOMs, work orders, and schedules.
• Ensure product quality and specifications by following procedures, SOPs, maintaining proper settings, and conducting inspections.
• Adjust machinery performance to meet quality standards.
• Utilize hand tools, power tools, cranes, and material handling devices for manufacturing tasks.
• Fabricate and assemble door sections and components as required.

Qualifications

• Experience in industrial manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to read and understand work instructions in English.
• Competent in basic math operations and using measuring devices like micrometers.
• Roll forming experience is a plus.

Education

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Physical and Work Environment Requirements

• Frequent bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 75 pounds.
• Regularly lift 35-50 pounds.
