The role requires reach truck experience, a High school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to read English. It is a full-time, on-site position with a competitive hourly wage and benefits, supporting a fast-paced environment with room for growth.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Machine Operator, Reach Truck Driver is responsible for putting away pallets in an efficient and accurately way. Recording transactions in the inventory system following the SOP. Responsible for driving power equipment following all safety requirements. This is a warehouse position requiring frequent physical labor, not an office position. All S&S Activewear employees must adhere to the guidelines presented in the S&S Activewear Employee Handbook.

COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE

$16.50 hourly

Monday-Friday (5AM - 1:30PM), Full-Time, Non-Exempt

WHAT YOU WILL DO

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

In performing this job, the employee must stand and walk for an 8+ hour shift. Additionally, the position requires frequent grasping, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, and handling of items with hands and arms, up to 50 lbs. Moderate hand-eye coordination, near vision, far vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, adjusting focus and hearing.

WORKING ENVIRONMENT

• The job will be performed entirely in the warehouse where conditions can range from warm to cool.
• The job will be performed around warehouse machines and equipment with a moderate level of noise.
• Employee must be able to work in a high-volume, high-demand environment while meeting strenuous customer deadlines.
• Employee must be able to change priorities or job duties as needed and interact with employees at all levels.
