S&S Activewear LLC in McDonough, GA, is seeking a Warehouse Machine Operator – IC Cycle Count Associate to support inventory accuracy and restocking in a fast-paced warehouse. You will operate equipment, count inventory, and help maintain safe, efficient processes.

The role runs Mon-Fri from 4:00 AM to 12:30 PM, offering competitive hourly pay and a comprehensive benefits package. This is a full-time, non-exempt position with room for growth within a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• HS diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to read and speak English.
• Reliable transportation.
• Follow detailed instructions.
• Operate warehouse equipment and machinery.
• Comfortable using electronic devices.
• Can lift and carry up to 50lbs on occasion with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Basic math skills; count, add, subtract accurately.
• Identify colors, sizes, quantity, label and SKU information.
• Flexible with start/departure times; overtime as needed.
• Work independently without close supervision.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently retrieve and stage product to company standards for safety, accuracy, and productivity.
• Operate cherry picker, pallet jacks, and stock chasers (certification required).
• Meet KPI goals for safety, quality, production, and efficiency.
• Report and record discrepancies to supervisor.
• Perform inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of the distribution center.
• Follow SOPs and safety rules.
• Contribute to a safe working environment.
• Cross-train for tasks across warehouse roles.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Machine Operator IC Cycle Count Associate at S&S Activewear is a fast paced physically demanding position responsible for multiple tasks throughout the warehouse including the operation of different machinery such as the cherry picker and stock chaser for restocking, retrieving, and reviewing of inventory from both the floor locations and up-stock storage areas. They will perform counts and recounts, verify inventories and reports discrepancies.

COMPENSATION

Hourly: $20.60

Full-Time, non-exempt

Monday-Friday (4AM - 12:30PM), Full-Time, Non-Exempt

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Efficiently & accurately retrieve and stage product in a manner that meets company standards for safety, security, accuracy, and productivity.
• Operate machinery including the cherry picker, pallet jacks, and stock chasers. (requires certification)
• Follow & commit to meet Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) for safety, quality, production, & efficiency.
• Report and record any discrepancy, damaged items, shortages, or unidentified packages to supervisor.
• Perform inventory counts and reconciles any discrepancies.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of Distribution Center.
• Follows all SOPs, safety rules, and regulations.
• Acts professionally and remains focused – contributing to a culture and environment focused on a safe working environment.
• Performs other duties as assigned and be willing to cross train (may be required to do tasks that fall into warehouse associate 1 & 2).

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

In performing the job of a Restock Driver, the employee must stand and walk for an 8+ hour shift. Additionally, the position requires frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching and handling of items up to 50 lbs. Moderate Hand-Eye coordination, near vision, far vision and hearing is required for the operation of warehouse machinery.

WORKING ENVIRONMENT

• The job will be performed entirely in the warehouse where conditions can range from warm to cool.
• The job will be performed around warehouse machines and equipment with a moderate level of noise.
