S&S Activewear in Fort Worth, TX is hiring a Machine Operator IC Cycle Count Associate. This full-time role requires operating warehouse machinery, performing cycle counts, and maintaining stock accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Efficiently & accurately retrieve and stage product in a manner that meets company standards for safety, security, accuracy, and productivity.
• Operate machinery including the cherry picker, pallet jacks, and stock chasers. (requires certification)
• Follow & commit to meet KPI’s for safety, quality, production, & efficiency.
• Report and record any discrepancy, damaged items, shortages, or unidentified packages to supervisor.
• Perform inventory counts and reconciles any discrepancies.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of Distribution Center.
• Follows all SOPs, safety rules, and regulations.
• Acts professionally and remains focused – contributing to a culture and environment focused on a safe working environment.
• Performs other duties as assigned and be willing to cross train (may be required to do tasks that fall into warehouse associate 1 & 2).

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Machine Operator IC Cycle Count Associate at S&S Activewear is a fast paced physically demanding position responsible for multiple tasks throughout the warehouse including the operation of different machinery such as the cherry picker and stock chaser for restocking, retrieving, and reviewing of inventory from both the floor locations and up-stock storage areas. They will perform counts and recounts, verify inventories and reports discrepancies..

COMPENSATION AND SCHEDULE

$20.60 hourly

Monday-Friday (first shift), Full-Time, Non-Exempt

PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT

Must be able to wear proper safety equipment if required (examples include safety toe shoes, bump caps and safety vest). Note: PPE is company-provided with a $100 stipend on safety-toe shoes after 90 days of employment if required for your specific role - not all roles require specific PPE. Please check with your HR/Training team for details on if your role requires specific PPE.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

This position requires frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching and handling of items up to 50 lbs. Moderate hand-eye coordination, near vision, far vision and hearing are required for the operation of warehouse machinery.

WORKING ENVIRONMENT

Employee must be able to work in a high-volume, high-demand environment while meeting strenuous customer deadlines. Employee must be able to change priorities or job duties as needed and interact with employees at all levels.

• The job will be performed entirely in the warehouse where conditions can range from warm to cool.
• The job will be performed around warehouse machines and equipment with a moderate level of noise.
