Job summary

Weaver Popcorn Manufacturing seeks a Machine Operator to operate production and packaging equipment while upholding safety, quality, and food-safety standards at our Van Buren, IN facility.

You will monitor performance, adjust machines, perform quality checks, and maintain records to help meet daily production goals. Training is provided for motivated candidates with a commitment to safety and teamwork.

Day and night shifts available with a 2-2-3 schedule and competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, and understand English to perform duties.
• Manufacturing experience is helpful but not required.
• Training is available for motivated candidates.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to perform basic troubleshooting.
• Ability to read and interpret production schedules, SOPs, and safety documents.
• Basic math and computer/data entry skills.
• Strong attention to detail, with focus on quality and accuracy.
