Job summary

The Kinetic Group is seeking an Evening Shift operator to tend one or more machines, ensure proper operation, and follow all safety and ISO directives. You will transport materials, perform quality checks, maintain records, and keep the work area clean in a fast-paced production setting.

You must follow instructions, wear PPE, and participate in Hazardous Waste Management training. Overtime and strong attendance are required for this role.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Ability to read and write English sufficiently to perform duties.
• Basic computer skills to navigate documents.

Responsibilities

• Work safely and follow plant, department and area rules.
• Wear required PPE and maintain clean, orderly work area.
• Attend shift and department meetings as directed.
• Tend machines or processes as directed by supervisor and move materials as needed.
• Maintain process records and ensure documentation is accurate.
• May handle hazardous waste with supervision and training.
• Overtime may be required and good attendance is essential.
