Job summary

Amcor LLC is seeking an Operator to manage a production machine, drive uptime, minimize scrap, and meet safety and GMP expectations. The role emphasizes coaching teammates, training new hires, and maintaining data accuracy across production processes.

Qualifications

• Three years manufacturing experience as a maintenance or production leader/operator.
• Read and interpret basic mechanical and pneumatic schematics.
• Ability to read precision measuring tools and work with data in applications such as Excel.

Responsibilities

• Maximize equipment effectiveness and productivity while eliminating downtime.
• Mentor and coach team members on operating techniques and safety.
• Train coworkers and oversee new hire training for the machine.
• Ensure data accuracy for all transactions and packaging accuracy.
