ResourceMFG is hiring entry-level Plastic/Metal Injection Machine Operators in Longmont, CO. Training is provided to help you gain hands-on manufacturing experience. Positions offer first, second, and third shift with competitive hourly pay and opportunities for advancement.

Machine Operator- Plastic/Metal Injection

Training is provided, making this a great opportunity for individuals looking to gain hands-on manufacturing experience.

Available Shifts & Pay

• 1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM $17.00
• 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM $18.00
• 3rd Shift: Sunday-Thursday, 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM $19.50
  • Must be available to train on 1st Shift for approximately 2 weeks

Job Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor metal and plastic injection molding machines to produce quality parts while following established cycles, procedures, and safety standards
• Inspect parts for quality and report defects
• Trim, package, and label finished products
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Monitor machine performance and notify supervisors of any issues
• Follow all safety, quality, and production standards
• Assist with other production duties as assigned
