Job summary

You will perform a variety of manual tasks, maintain a safe work environment, and meet quality standards. The role requires physical stamina, ability to read measurement tools, and adherence to ASTM F2413-18 standards.

Requirements

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain a safe work environment
• Abide by standard work procedures and job safety standards
• Meet quality expectations for all output produced
• Perform a variety of manual tasks in varying temperatures for extended periods of time, which may include lifting light to heavy materials, climbing, standing, squatting, and bending
• Attention to detail is a must
• Communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
• Additional duties and/or projects may be assigned

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Ability to lift 50lbs., bend, squat, kneel and or stand for extended periods of time
• Must be comfortable working outside in all weather conditions
• Able to follow all safety procedures

Education and Experience:

• Previous experience working an industrial, construction, or general labor job
• Additional education and/or certification in manufacturing
• Forklift & Crane experience a plus
• Must be proficient in reading a tape measure, angle finder, and/or micrometers
• Must understand decimal points
• 10 key is experience is a plus
• Must have some kind of machine operating experience
• Must meet ASTM F2413-18 standards
• Must be full-leather (no fabric)
• Must have a built-in Metatarsal Guard (MT)
