Job summary

ProLogistix is seeking Machine Operators I to join a production team in Monroe, WA. This role supports all facets of metal fabrication and warehouse operations, ensuring safe and efficient production flow.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM–10:30 PM, with pay range $20–$24 per hour. Candidates must have 1+ year in metal fabrication or warehouse, and be able to lift up to 40 lbs.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a metal fabrication or warehouse environment preferred.
• Familiarity with measuring tools (calipers, tape measures, micrometers).
• Basic math skills and mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs unassisted (more with assistance).
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery: Run punch presses, CNC mills, CNC benders, band saws, drill presses, and similar equipment.
• Material handling: Load/unload raw materials, stage work-in-process parts, and maintain organized work areas.
• Quality checks: Measure finished parts with precision tools to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Blueprint reading: Interpret technical drawings to execute fabrication designs accurately.
• Safety compliance: Follow OSHA standards, complete equipment inspections, and use PPE consistently.
• Continuous improvement: Participate in Kaizen events and suggest process improvements.
