Job summary

Schedule includes Thursday to Saturday plus every other Wednesday, 4:45 PM–5:00 AM, with overtime as business needs dictate. This position contributes to a safety-focused, high-output manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Forklift Certification must be obtained within 30 days from hire.
• Must be able to learn and fully operate assigned production equipment.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to perform essential functions with little or no supervision.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as directed.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor equipment and replenish materials as needed through production shift.
• Set up machinery ensuring all production materials are available and ready to be used to produce.
• Visually inspect production run and document results, confirming quality of product throughout production.
• Determine and report malfunctions to supervisor or manager regarding safety hazards and product defects.
• Maintain cleanliness of equipment and assigned area to maintain safety and performance standards.
• Attend meetings as assigned and assist with special projects and events.
